My mother's washing machine wasn't working properly so I called BusyTech. She was scheduled for service and their representative called in advance to let me know the repair man would be arriving soon, I was at work so I called my mom to let her know. Around 10 minutes later Micheal Munroe, the owner called me and informed me that the water valve was cut off. He to made sure the machine filled and ran. Mike only charged a $40 service fee ! I appreciate the Busy Tech teams professionalism, honesty and reasonable prices  !!

Mike and his son know thier stuff.  They came out the next day after I called to service my refridgerator that had a clogged drain and they also changed my water valve that had not been working for a while.  Very reasonable.  Highly recommend.

These guys are great!!! Came thru and checked out our washing machine. Told us the issues it had, and fixed it right on then and there. And they also fixed the light bulb in the fridge. Definitely contact these guys if you need repair on your appliances!
